Exalted Industries reserves the right to decline or cancel any order due to:
Incorrect pricing
Product unavailability
Supplier discontinuation
Payment issues
Suspected fraudulent activity
All prices are quoted in South African Rand (ZAR) unless otherwise stated.
Prices may exclude:
VAT
Delivery charges
Travel costs
Accommodation
Special equipment hire
These costs will be clearly stated on the quotation where applicable.
Unless otherwise agreed in writing:
Deposits may be required before procurement or installation.
Payment is due according to the terms stated on the invoice.
Late payments may attract interest at the maximum rate permitted by South African law.
The client shall be responsible for all legal costs incurred in recovering overdue amounts.
Ownership of supplied equipment remains with Exalted Industries until full payment has been received.
Delivery dates are estimates only.
Exalted Industries will make every reasonable effort to meet agreed delivery dates but shall not be liable for delays caused by:
Suppliers
Courier companies
Customs delays
Force majeure
Load shedding
Extreme weather
Civil unrest
The client agrees to:
Provide safe access to the installation site.
Ensure electricity is available where required.
Obtain all necessary permissions from landlords, body corporates or property owners.
Ensure suitable internet connectivity where required.
Additional work discovered during installation that falls outside the original quotation will require client approval before commencement.
Maintenance contracts include only those services specifically stated within the signed agreement.
Maintenance does not include:
Damage caused by lightning
Power surges
Floods
Fire
Theft
Vandalism
Animal damage
Unauthorized repairs
Client misuse
Replacement parts may be charged separately.
Products supplied by Exalted Industries are covered by the manufacturer's warranty where applicable.
Warranty claims do not cover:
Accidental damage
Improper installation by third parties
Power surges
Water damage
Fire
Theft
Negligence
Incorrect usage
Unauthorized modifications
Where Exalted Industries performs the installation, workmanship is warranted for a period specified on the quotation or invoice.
Returns will only be accepted:
In accordance with the Consumer Protection Act where applicable.
With proof of purchase.
For defective products covered under warranty.
Special-order items, customised equipment and software licences may not be returned unless defective.
While Exalted Industries installs quality security equipment, no security system can guarantee the prevention of crime, theft, vandalism or loss.
Accordingly, Exalted Industries shall not be liable for:

Loss of property
Loss of income
Business interruption
Consequential damages
Data loss
Loss caused by power failures

Third-party negligence
